Apnea Total Malta is a freediving and spearfishing school with training centres in St Paul’s Bay and in San Lawrenz, Gozo, teaching everyone from first-time freedivers to future instructors. Groups are kept small and most of the teaching happens in the water, with an instructor beside each freediver on every dive, all the way down and back.

• Apnea Total courses from beginner to instructor level
• Molchanovs Wave 1, 2 and 3 courses
• Junior freediver course for ages 11 to 14
• Coaching, training sessions and skill development workshops
• Fun dives, boat trips, expeditions and underwater scooter tours
• Spearfishing courses, workshops and guided safaris

The school teaches two freediving education systems, Apnea Total and Molchanovs, and also runs cave and wreck freediving.
