Rob's Swim School - Swimming Lessons in Naxxar

Rob’s Swim School offers group swimming lessons for children in Naxxar, held at the YUE Aquatics Centre. Its site states the school was founded in 2007, and its founder and lead instructor holds ASA Level 1 and Level 2 Certificates in Teaching Aquatics, an ASA Level 2 Award in Coaching Aquatic Pre-Fundamentals, and the STA International Lifesaving Certificate for Swimming Teachers.

• Turtles: early water confidence and basic motor skills for children who need aids to swim
• Seals: stroke introduction, submerging and rotating for children who can swim short distances unaided
• Sharks: sculling, treading water and full stroke technique over longer distances, including diving
• Dolphins: stroke refinement, endurance and introduction to competitive turns and dives

Lessons run in terms, with each child receiving a progress report. Classes take place at the YUE Aquatics Centre in Naxxar.
