KT3D Studio - Architecture and Interior Design in Sliema

KT3D Studio is an architecture and interior design studio in Sliema led by Perit Christopher Tabone, a warranted architect whose site states he holds a Master’s degree in Architectural Conservation and Contemporary Design. The studio takes projects from the first sketch through planning and construction to handover, and also prepares the reports that banks, notaries and authorities ask for.

• Architectural and interior design
• Planning applications and detailed drawings
• Measured surveys with 3D laser scanning
• Photorealistic 3D visualisation
• Property valuations and condition reports
• Site inspections and construction contract administration

Construction work is carried out with local contractors, and reports and valuations are prepared and signed by the warranted perit.
