Property management company overseeing 40+ apartments in Sliema, St. Julian’s, and Gzira needs a reliable AC technician for routine annual servicing and emergency call-outs. Units are mostly Daikin and Mitsubishi split systems. Estimated 60–80 units per year plus ad-hoc repairs.

Must be available for emergency call-outs within 4 hours during summer months. Own tools and transport required.
