Small accounting firm in Birkirkara needs a freelance IT support technician on retainer. Scope: Windows 10/11 workstations (12 users), NAS backup management, printer issues, basic networking. On-site response time must be under 2 hours for critical issues. Estimated 5–10 hours/month normal, more during busy season (Jan–Mar). Retainer rate preferred.
